  • Processing Time: Typically within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery Targets: All efforts are made to deliver orders within 20 calendar days maximum after competition of processing.

Limitations:

  • Delivery schedules are estimates and can be influenced by carrier delays, high order volumes, holidays, or external disruptions.

Delayed Deliveries and Compensation Policy:

  • In cases of extended delays, LittleLightDuck is unable to offer reimbursement for shipping costs.

  • Delivery expectations are subject to carrier reliability and unforeseen circumstances due to factors beyond our control.


 


 

Post-Shipment Liability

Carrier Responsibility:

  • Once shipped, LittleLightDuck is not liable for carrier mishandling.

  • Customers should use tracking details to contact carriers directly for updates.

Package Protection Service:

  • We are partnered with Dsers. Claims can be filed via the Dsers official platform for assistance with “in-transit” and “post transit” related issues.
